CPRE Sussex is looking for a dynamic Campaigns and Communications Manager to lead our mission to protect and enhance Sussex’s beautiful landscapes. This is more than a job – it’s an opportunity to champion the countryside, influence decision-makers, and mobilise communities to stand up for the places they love.

Location: Near Uckfield (flexible working options available)
Part-time: 18.75 hours/week
Salary: £35k pro rata
Contract: 1-year (potential for extension)

What You’ll Do:

• Shape and lead impactful campaigns that drive real change
• Develop bold strategies to engage communities, policymakers, and the media
• Create compelling content and digital actions to inspire support
• Build relationships with MPs, councillors, and partner organisations
• Manage a small but passionate team of campaigners and media experts
