Meet: Harmer’s Layby, (What3Words: offer.sake.save.) halfway up the dead-end section where Upper Park Road becomes Lower Park Road, Hastings. TN34 2LB, 

Nearest bus-stop. Blacklands, adjacent to Dordrecht Way, 200m away on the opposite side of the park.
