CPRE Sussex has submitted a representation to Horsham District Council on this planning application for 473 dwellings with new access off Crawley Road.

In this representation, we comment as a Third Party on the Appellant’s ‘Statement of case: land south of Newhouse Farm, Old Crawley Road, Horsham’, December 2020.

The representation relates to housing land supply; over-delivery of housing in excess of the target; the housing delivery test; and the application of the National Planning Policy Framework.
