Photographs: Please provide a photograph as a record of your school’s tree and, with written parental agreement, photograph/s of the children working on the project. You can submit only lo-res photos using this form. Please send high-res photos or moving images to info@cpresussex.org.uk using a file sharing service such as WeTransfer.com, including the name of your school in the file name (i.e. downsview1.jpg). This may also include a scan of your consent form.
