Season’s Greetings

We’d like to thank our wonderful members, supporters and partners for helping us to protect, celebrate and regenerate the Sussex countryside during 2023.

Together we’ve scored notable successes in protecting our countryside and green spaces. These include Center Parcs’ decision to drop its holiday village plan at Oldhouse Warren in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and National Highways’ decision to delay the A27 Arundel bypass route. In Brighton & Hove we worked with volunteers and partners to plant hundreds of trees to create a healthier environment for current residents and future generations to enjoy. 2023 marked our 50^th anniversary and in September we were pleased to invite you to join our celebrations at our Countryside Day at the Knepp Estate in West Sussex.

Building on these and other achievements, we very much look forward to working with you in 2024 to shape a greener future for Sussex.
